Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are handmade and packaged with love and care. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. 

Shipping Time: Once shipped, most order arrive in 3-7 business days depending on your location and carrier speed. 

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. 

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Exquisite Touch is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. 

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged Packages: Once your packages is with the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed delivers. For issues, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
