Due to sanitation and safety regulations, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for scent preference or change of mind. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Exquisite Touch is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
