Refund policy

At Exquisite Touch, your satisfaction means everything to us. Our products are handcrafted with love, care, quality ingredients and strict hygiene standards. Due to sanitation and safety regulations, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for scent preference or change of mind. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Exquisite Touch is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed  packages. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be canceled. Please reach out for any questions or concerns regarding your order at exquisitebeautyland@gmail.com.
